    Riu concordia Great.
    Really nice hotel very clean our rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were very helpful and friendly one staff member Lucia went out of her way after her shift had just finished to go to a farmacia for my little one . Heated pool even at this time of the year just managed to go for a swim. Food selection was great we were half board lots to choose from for breakfast and evening meal. Entertainment was good would recommend this hotel and would definitely book and stay again.

    Excellent hotel to stay in,, highly recommend!!
    I liked the staff at reception as they treat guests respectfully, Cleanliness of room,lobby, restaurant, wide variety of dishes at breakfast/dinner, hotel location, bus connectivity to city. Anderson at the restaurant was very friendly.
    I asked for a single double bed, but they provided me two single beds and the room they provided me was somewhere in the corner of the hotel and also it was far away from Elevator(lift) both caused little inconvenience. In the bathroom some more toiletries should have been provided such as mini tooth brush, tooth paste, face wash, shampoo+ bath gel (seperately) bathroom chappal etc,

    Good location and nice outside areas.
    Poor looking lobby and corridors. The room.was cold and the blankets were not really for winter season..The dinner and brealfast very low quality. Horrible coffee.

    Far better experience than I was expecting. Very high standards and superb staff.
    Food choice and quality excellent. Best bed I ever slept on!! Excellent shower and bathroom. Room decor and fittings superb.
    Good to have a fridge. A kettle would have been helpful, but understand potential problems also. Nothing to dislike atall.

    I was there in December. This should be a decent 3-star hotel. As everybody say - it's clean, it is very close to the sea and the beach. A direct bus can take you from the airport to the hotel. If you wish to come by car, there are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel (IN DECEMBER!!!)
    The breakfast and dinner buffet offer diverse choice of dishes. However, as is quite clear for this price, this is not a fine dining offer. Generally speaking, in my evaluation of this hotel, I dind't want to decrease its rating, but my problem with this hotel is that if you are not a german seeking for a german environment on Mallorca, then in my opinion you should seek something different. Everything is set for Germans from fluent german-speaking reception (constantly switching from english to german) to inviting musicians singing for the germans at night. A gasthaus (restaurant) for germans with bavarian music is just round the corner. In my opinion I would prefer a more international environment when choosing vacation in Spain.
