Noisy Sangam

Location

Noise in the surrounding area and also noise passing from next room to our room. No WiFi inside room, though booking.com said WiFi everywhere. My Room number was 409, but it was on the first floor. So it should be 109. Reason is not clear..

Staff are old and unable to issue receipt for cash payment, handle credit card reader, and TV Defect. Room Windows are very noisy due to wind.
