Very concerned that I may loose the hotel I once enjoyed and would like to return in the future with the proper accommod

As a client that has utilized this resort in the past I enjoy the location, design of the rooms and facilities. Additionally I enjoy the attached restaurant and the quality of food.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, pool furniture and hallways. Our room was so dirty and worn that I was offended and embarrassed for my guest. The shower had mold on the walls in the grout, the floors were so dirty we needed to wash our feet before going to bed, the cleaning staff was notified and all items were forwarded and nothing other then receiving the proper amount of towels were taken care of!

Hotel looks nice, but I will not be returning

The hotel was directly across from the beach and its walkways. Very nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping forgot stuff every day. Irritating. Last day there was no toilet paper in the main bathrooms downstairs. Also, very very expensive. Not only the price of the room, but to park (only can with valet) it was $47 per day. Also, the restaurant food was not good at all.

The hotel is very nice. Nice pool, super clean room. Bed/pillows were so comfortable. Nice balcony view. Very quiet at night. Love the high ceiling inside the hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

They didnt clean my room the day before check out. I can live with that! Lol

The perfect location for an amazing South Beach stay!

Hotel Victor is amazing. The location on South Beach is perfect and the property is really special. My wife and I stayed for two nights following a cruise. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. The staff was so friendly and our room was well appointed. We enjoyed the complimentary bicycles, beach chairs, and beach towels. I wish our stay was longer, but no worries we will definitely return!

I dont have a single recommendation or suggestion for improvement.

The nicest staff and great location.

Great location - incredible staff. Nice size bathroom/bath. The people make the difference here.

Pool area only has sun in the am and pretty basic set up. Beds on the softer side (not super back friendly) and pillows were basically pancakes.
