Fantastic service from the reception staff through the valet and porters. The suite rooms in the St Moritz tower are sizable and appear recently reconditioned. My young daughter loved the pool area! Valet service available.
The onsite bar was expensive! Beer is about $12!

All in all a wonderful place, definitely coming back,
The pool, staff, location, hotel itself, everything absolutely perfect.
The room was a little small, and not super clean along floor, in corners and around bathroom detailing.

People at Front Desk were not nice. We arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. When I call for late check out the night before the lady on phone said no problem and next morning they asked us to leave at 11 am.

The location.
It was impossible to get a chair at either the pool or beach. The hotel doesnt give wrist bands and I think outside people come in. They never even asked for our room number to use the facilities our entire stay.

From the moment we arrived every single staff member was incredible!Friendly,helpful and genuine.Johnathon and Janine on the Front desk.Georgia for massage. I wish I knew all the other names from housekeeping to the pool.It was Christmas and they were very busy but we felt very well looked after! Our room was amazing,823,I would recommend it.The best sleep Ive had in a hotel ever. The spa and staff were incredible.The pool staff were amazing and the beach.Its a really great hotel with a perfect location in South Beach so you can walk to Ocean Drive or shop on Lincoln Road. Five stars to this hotel.It must be managed very well!
