    The fabulous stay was deserve a finale of my 2 week visit to Switzerland
    The old style of architecture and Theo wonderful view of Libya is and lake from the room
    Internet access in a room was not excellent. I had to change a room twice. It took an hour to settle after check in. Nonetheless staff were so friendly and flexible to find a room with good internet connectivity.

    Overall not too bad, but service during dining hours could be more polite and attentive.
    Breakfast great; lots of varieties to choose from.
    More friendly attitude by senior managers in charge of seating hotel guests of ethnic background in dining areas.

    Wundebar!
    The Waldhaus stands alone, both metaphorically and literally. The Grande Dame of Sils-Maria is impeccable in its ability to be seen as a reminder of the world of great hotels and yet remain a place of great warmth and friendly service. Everyone, and everything, is superb.
    If you are recharging a device during the day, make sure you advise the supportive service staff not to turn the room power off. completely.
