Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back despite these hiccups.

We liked the kitchenette in our room and the ability to make a meal if we chose to. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the location was near enough to public transit that we could walk to it and take the train wherever we needed to go.

Biggest complaint is that the breakfast in the morning was good, but often ran out quickly and we had to wait for food to be replenished. Plus often not enough utensils and we started having to bring our own from our room in order to eat our breakfast.

Location was good. View was nice.

Unfortunately our stay wasnt great. We had requested early check-in and were told it could work. We arrived early (1245pm) with a check in time of 3pm. Our room wasnt ready so we walked around the neighborhood and came back around 230. The room wasnt ready yet so they told us to wait and theyd get us when it was ready. We were waiting in the lobby and a line of people started lining up around 245 and each checked in for their rooms. I then lined up and the staff acted like I hadnt been there waiting and checked me in after 3pm. We didnt have any room service and the staff was uninterested in helping in any way.

Thanksgiving stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Kids absolutely loved the pool. The room was very spacious and comfy.

We did not have access to the rooftop. They did not have kid friendly cups during breakfast.

This was a new area for us and the hotel was located in a very convenient location. We were very sorry we didn't take advantage of the rooftop garden the night of our stay. It is gorgeous.
