    The Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town is a decent place to stay for a business trip, despite slightly outdated rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, re (Read More)staurants, and a large mall. However, there may be noise from a nearby nightclub. The amenities are not outstanding, but the hotel's central location makes it ideal for walking around town.

    Enjoyed our location and the staff at the hotel were extremely nice.
    Located few blocks from Old Town which was super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual but still plenty of variety!
    The hotel itself was older and could use some renovation. It was clean!

    It was fine.
    The staff are helpful.
    The breakfast bar was basically empty at 8:30, when we went down. No bread, no good tea, no yogurt. It is like no one restocks it during breakfast hours. That really put a damper on how I felt about the hotel.

    Adequate, but lots of room for improvement
    The rooms are nicely laid out, with bedroom area separate from sitting area. The staff were fine and parking was easy.
    I have stayed in Hyatt's before with identical rooms. These rooms rated lower for these reasons: neither of the telephones in the room were functional. The refrigerator was not cleaned out from the last guest. The hotel only had decaf breakfast tea in stock, which doesn't make it for me in the morning.

    Disappointing for the price. The Scott Resort &Spa was the same price! This was a Coos choice for young teams to st
    I didnt have time for breakfast but the food looked nice
    The TV didnt work. Desk said arrows dont work, try downloading the app. The app allow you to change the channel but is just a list, not the menu of the programs. Only 1 tiny real soap show w only liquid soap; no option for big bar soap. Rooms are not vacuumed only tidy. The lobby was so crowed all 4 times I needed to sit down. Desk clerk said there were a couple teams (who didnt have activity that day) and the other area was a private business meeting.
