Pleasant stay, not sure worth the five star prices.
Good facilities, good food options.
Kids club poor, staff were just ok - felt like not many were looking to go the extra mile.

We love and enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
Customer service, room, food, amenities and location.
Everything was good. From customer service, room, food, amenities and location. However, the hotel should look into the broken tiles (many broken tiles) in one of the small common pool area near kids club.
My son got cut while swimming and playing in the pool. But the lift guard reacted very fast and bring out the first aid kit and helped my son with his wound.

Staff never had our room clean and we would come back at 3pm most days, I would call front desk to get more water and they would never come.

Location by the beautiful beach and very nice pools. Particularly loved the little man-made beach by the pool; amazing for kids. The kids club is also pretty fun.
Didn't feel very well kept at some parts. The pool by camp hyatt had some tiles chipped off at the steps. We stayed at the residences and while it had a beautiful view of the ocean, didn't feel very clean.
We stayed at this property on the 2nd part of our trip and our friends had to fly home urgently due to a medical issue. We tried to get a smaller unit/ cancel the 2nd night since we fully understand that the 1st night is non-refundable but the staff wasn't too helpful, citing that because we booked through booking.com, any changes had to be made through booking.com and they couldn't do anything about it.

This was an amazing family get away and our entire family loved it!
It is beautiful and feels like its quite new! This was one of the nicest resorts Ive ever stayed at. We felt very spoiled by the staff and the service we experienced. Sad our stay is over!
