My husband and I had a nice stay at this hotel. We found the staff to be incredibly nice and helpful.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast area staff, they make you feel like a valued guest, always willing to help with a smile on their face.
Some areas look outdated. In general, it looks like a really nice hotel, but a little dated. The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected. Pillows and mattress too soft.

Nothing in resort was open. I booked thru Booking.com and was unaware that remodeling was underway. It made me feel unsafe that it was so deserted and no one out front, etc.

Beautiful, inside and out!
Beautiful, inside and out! The pools were amazing. The cabana service was impeccable. Canyon suites have a private luxury feel with friendly hospitality. We totally loved it. The room and bath were so big and comfortable. Thank you.
