    The staff was super friendly. Jonathon organized great beach volleyball and tequila volleyball games for us. We had a blast! Samanta, the hostess at Spice, the buffet restaurant was super friendly. We also loved the high quality shows each night plus drinks in The Den and of course the gorgeous beach.

    They constantly nickel and dime you. You have to pay for a lot of things even though they claim all inclusive They hound you to sell you spa treatments and are not accommodating when they dont provide you with services that you pay.

    Location was great, hotel was great, food was great. But what was truly exceptional was the service, the attention, how everyone at the hotel made you feel special.

    Food was generally great! The staff was very friendly and offered great service no matter where we went. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
    A small thing is that the vent in our room was pointed directly at the bed with no way to redirect it. It's too hot to leave the air off but I also couldn't sleep with air blowing on my face all night.

    A complete vacation in just a few days with family for a wedding.
    The friendliness and readiness of thestaff was fantastic. Have never heard of a bellman remembering my room number for 3 days as David John did. Highly recommend this place.
    Probably the issues at the airport. Nothing to do with Hyatt Zilara that was magnificent.

    I liked that they had exercise activities throughout the day as well as other entertaining activities throughout the day. So you could do as much as you like or as little. I loved the food at the restaurants...including Spice (the buffet). The shows were engaging and entertaining. The Mexican night was amazing!
    I didn't like that all of the cabanas were not complimentary. There were days when several of the "for rent" cabanas were empty and people were looking for spots to hang out but didn't want to pay extra for a cabana when a number of them were free. Also, there were not a lot of chairs poolside.

    Excellent facilities, but inconsistent room service & request not always followed through.
    Restaurants on site excellent. Cocktail bar was good. Pool area well maintained & location over looking sea & beach breathtaking.
    Room service & front desk support poor & was hit & miss during stay. Sometimes didnt action request . Both bar areas & resort very quite after 9.
