The staff do not communicate well or follow through on confirmed inclusions or service. Still waiting to hear back from the manager after I left a message too little too late to sort out issues once you have left!!

Sounds isolation doesn't exist you even hear people talking!
A nightmare impossible to sleep
In the weekend the hotel rooms aren't situated in front of the outlet of the main parking of pismo so all the noise from the engine blows into your mind directly
