    The historic rooms at Inn on Broadway were beautiful, with easy access to nearby attractions. Some issues with water pressure and temperature were expected in a historic building. Parking was conveni (Read More)ent. Each room was unique, so it's best to reserve a specific one in advance. The walkability around the hotel felt safe, but some areas were less desirable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food and service at Tournedos restaurant were excellent. Overall, a highly recommended experience at Inn on Broadway.

    Ultimate comfort conveniently located in the middle of downtown.
    I am on the autism spectrum. I booked a luxury room so that I had a comfortable place to retreat to when I got too overwhelmed.

    Amazing but painful
    The property is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. The bartender was top notch. The cheesecake was outstanding.
    We loved everything about this property except for the comfort of the bed. It was excruciating to the point where we were up at night in agony and considered leaving a day early.

    Beutiful hell.
    Beautiful place and nice looking (albeit mixed style) room.
    Bed was hard but pillow was unbelievably hard. I ended up using a bath towel and a robe as a pillow

    Very, very disappointing
    Young woman at reception was lovely and helpful.
    Our 1st room was freezing and far less than expected. 2nd room was nice and warmer at first but heating didn't last all night, no hot water and TV didn't work. Restaurant was very expensive and the waiter didn't tell us how big the sides were, so we ordered 2 each - enough to feed a family of 4! French fries were far too salty so we didn't eat them...

    The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like our heads were lower than our body. Perhaps from people sitting at the head of the bed to watch tv over time

    A Gem in Rochester
    Classic Victorian Inn with lovely decor, helpful staff, comfortable beds and many touches of luxury. Had a delicious light dinner in the restaurant in the hotel.

    The location of the Inn was good.
    The hot water was hard to get and there wasn't really any cold water either. The water always stayed luke warm.
