The staff were kind

We stayed one night only. The room was damp. There was no hot water and the TV was not working. We called the reception and an engineer came but was unable to fix it. No offer to change the room was made. Very overpriced for such a low standard.

its awesome. rooms are good and the staff is so professional and help you with everything. amazingly delicious food at their restaurant. I was impressed not just by the taste but also the presentation of food. have tried Jen in Singapore and this one is at par with the standards.

Fantastic stay in Shangri-la

The staff are friendly and helpful. They would accommodate your requests as much as they can and provide you with an excellent service. They also do money exchange so you don't have to find it in other places. Breakfast is really good.
