    Little gem in the heart of Whitby
    Lovely and comfortable accommodation in the centre of Whitby. Lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

    Lovely room but too noisy couldn't sleep
    The Polar Bear room is lovely, great location key code access very clear parking no problem.
    The Polar Bear room is facing a busy road, the sash windows as lovely as they are provide no sound proofing what so ever! You might as well be out on the street! We had 2 sleepless nights cars, dogs, people talking, shouting. Which is to be expected, but the windows need sound proofing at least a little. We would return but only to a room on the other side of the property such a shame because it is a lovely room.

    Beautifully decorated room, cosy and very comfortable bed. Entry codes for the hotel are easy to use and cafe downstairs did lovely breakfast.
