    It was okay.. based on my experience I dont think Id stay there again
    Good location. Bathrooms were lovely & I enjoyed the Christmas decor.
    Rooms were quite old fashioned but they were fine, no bottled water for the room which I found weird, no air con it was roasting. The lady at reception that checked us in wasnt very welcoming I actually found it quite uncomfortable and I felt like I was on edge

    Overall, We really enjoyed the stay, it was very relaxing and lovley accommodation.
    Nice place, was a lovely hotel.
    Pool seemed to be pretty cold. And there is quite a bit of traffic noise during the night but thats is not the hotels fault as they cant do anything about that.

    Clean comfortable hotel and great location
    Great location and good food and friendly staff in Kaynes bar and restaurant
    Check in from 15:00, we arrived at half 2 and waited until 16:20 to check in as someone was meant to phone us when the room was ready and didnt. Lacking a bit for a 4* hotel not even a bottle of water in the room on arrival

    Bin collection outside the room was extremely noisey for the price of the room a bit of pre warning would of been ideal Woman at front desk when checking out try to claim we hadnt paid although I paid two weeks in advance quite embarrassing when people waiting behind us to check out also

    Comfortable stay in a great location in Killarney
    Very comfortable and staff were very friendly and attentive. Food at breakfast was great and we ate in Kaynes Bar too which was also lovely. Other members of the group used the pool facilities and enjoyed them.
    Housekeeping woke us early in the morning by knocking on the door. We hadnt put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door but I think 9am is very early to be checking if housekeeping is required, especially on a weekend and after wed been at a wedding! I also received multiple emails in the lead up to our stay, about the pool being closed, then open again, then closed again. Then when we arrived it was actually open.
