Lived central location and choice of eateries etc.
The parking situation, was a particular busy time in killarney, hotel car park was full and we struggled to get parking in both public car parks at rear. Would be an idea to have some of those spaces reserved for guests also as that was the only let down of the stay but really hampered the experience.

Beutiful hotel,clean, comfortable rooms in a very central location .The staff were friendly and helpful.Service was excellent. The most comfortable bed ive slept in in a hotel.
The leisure centre was tiny in comparison to the hotel.Facilities could have been better. Breakfast options were limited when we arrived to the dining room despite it being within the timeframe.

The hotel is so central, the leisure facilities are lovely. The food is also very good.
It was very difficult to get a table for something to eat. I thought there might have been some allowance for residents to get a table but there isn't. Pre book is my advice if you know the time you'll be eating.

The staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent . Very well run hotel and well staffed.
The jacuzzi in our bedroom did not work and the tv reception was very poor and did not work at times
