    Amazing food, amazing surroundings.
    The food. Absolutely blown away with the quality, especially in the restaurant. So impressed.
    Wanted a treatment and they weren't doing them when we were there but they still have the relaxation room which you can relax in after a dip in the lovely outdoor jacuzzi.

    Booked this after our accommodations fell through at the last minute, and this ended up being our favorite stay of our entire honeymoon!! Everything was phenomenal. We will be back!!

    When checking in, there was a weird glitch showing I had two reservations. The staff remedied the problem and even found a better room for us based on our preferences. The location of the hotel next to Killarney National Park is unbeatable! Some of the bartenders have been there for decades and are a riot.

    Shower was nice, Breakfast room had lovely view and Bar was cosy. Robes and slippers were provided. Location is lovely with opportunity to walk around the lake. Staff are friendly and breakfast was decent. Free parking
    This hotel was certainly not as we expected and not to our taste. It is very dated. The lift is very cramped and can only accommodate 3-4 people comfortably. The hotel has clearly been added to over time with steps and ramps leading to different corridors. Its a bit disjointed. Our bed was extremely small double and our room overlooked the service area/carpark. Soundproofing in the rooms is non existent, the family next door appeared very loud. Furniture is shabby and dated and overall the place needs a facelift. There is no air conditioning but fan provided. Also no Fridge/Cooler We had a reservation for April but cancelled as we wouldn't choose to stay here again. I wouldn't consider it worthy of 4 star.

    A great Hotel, great staff and amazing location, will stay again.
    An amazing hotel, located on a lake affording views that are beautiful and ever changing as the day progresses. Room had both an amazing view and was beyond spacious. We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is close to all the main visit areas for Killarney and is on the Ring of Kerry route for those wishing to drive the route themselves as we did. Breakfast was comprehensive and well executed. For those driving hybrid or electric cars, the hotel has four fast charge parking bays, but you will need the right cable.

    Amazing property
    This historical hotel is in the most beautiful setting. The buffet breakfast had amazing views. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Truly some of the nicest staff I've encountered traveling.
    the beds were old style double no queen. So very small and short for tall people.
