    One night was a mayhem.. lights were on off automatically . Second evening it was ac dripping water heavily staff came and responded but both days were spoiled because of that. Room accessories were missing .. old lamps without connection no bathrobe no sleepers No moisturizer No feedback was taken from management.. not looking for any freebie or discount but service recovery should be there .. Anyways not coming back to this resort for sure

    Takes advantage of its great location but improvements needs to be made
    The location was fab - close to the beach and the hustle & bustle of the beachfront shops & restaurants.
    The whole place is very tired and in need of tlc. The bedrooms need much better systems for charging phones and other electronic devices. One of the pool areas was quite unclean and never staffed for drinks etc. The toilets for the breakfast area were really dirty all the time.

    Staff fabulous-especially the Massage Ladies and reception staff. All dressed up in red for Festive atmosphere-super friendly. Rooms spotless and room staff lovely. Breakfast amazing-fabulous choices & delicious.
    Pool areas need updated, especially the pool beside two story block. Other pool had empty glasses and bottles lying around-bar staff could easily have collected these. This pool is very slippery when going g in from shallow end-we we're very concerned as we both slipped and went in via only set of steps

    We have been to this hotel in 2016 and 2018 it was our favourite please to go but when we returned this time it was like the worst hotel we have ever stayed in
    It was dirty run down smelly the pool was green with algae everywhere. The rooms where inhabitable. The first room We stayed we refused to stay in and the second stunk of strong wee and the bath leaked everywhere. The staff where not helpful. The pool bars didnt even open and the breakfast was rank. The place is so run down its unbelievable. After telling everyone to go there I am so embarrassed

    The location of this place is great.
    This is our at least 3rd visit to this resort and definitely our last one. We had been looking forward to these holidays, but it turned into a disappointing experience. The hotel needs a refurbishment and some love; the place doesn't seem very clean. The customer service is at a 0 level, with a very poor command of English. We forgot our backpack at the bar, and when we came to pick it up the next day, it was stolen. There was zero help from the reception staff; they didn't even bother to ask how the backpack looked. What we got was a response of nothing found when they saw us from afar. While I understand the need to be careful with personal belongings , considering this is a resort ,people sometimes forget items at the bar or beach, one would expect that lost items would be taken to the reception, and the staff would make an effort to assist rather than simply turning you away. It's not in our nature to leave negative reviews, but this is the reality.

    A very nice hotel quiet in a great location right on the beach
    The hotel was in a great location at the end of the beach but right in the heart of town for shops and restaurants etc. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, we had adjoining ones for our family which were quiet and had lovely sunken baths! Would certainly book here again if we ever go back.
    The facilities such as boules, crazy golf or archery were either not on offer or looked really tired and in need of maintenance. The pool areas also lacked atmosphere and were a little shabby, the pool bar was shut despite it being high season. We spent our time at the beach so didnt really mind that the other facilities were unavailable or lacking, but for families with younger kids this may be more of an issue.There was free WiFi but reception was limited even in the rooms so does need to be improved.

    We had a great stay at Krabi Resort. The staff were very kind, professional, polite. The beach area adjacent to the Resort is easily accessible, , breakfast is really good and had great fruits, etc. The Villa rooms we had booked has it own private pool, it was a great overall stay. Few recommendations - The staff could have changed the utensils within the villa. we had ordered in house food from the Boat Restaurant , although the food was great. Lastly , we were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids, we had booked a luxury villa plus another private suite with spa. we thought this was enough rooms and space for our family. we had to pay extra charges for the kids for the 3 nights which we thought was excessive , even after booking these two Villas . The staff could have easily accommodated, but we ended up paying roughly additional 2000 BHT for 2 nights. Overall a good stay.

    Disappointing given the potential of the resort.
    The resort is in a great location and has reasonable facilities
    The room (301) was a disgrace. It must be at least 10 years since it has been refreshed. There is rust around the shower, the window would not close, the taps are caked in limescale, the tiles are filthy. The air conditioning filter is hanging off the ceiling. The whole room needs to be redecorated. Neither the entrance light nor both bedside lights were working. There was only one power socket on the lefthand side of the bed and that it being used for the WiFi booster so the bedside light cannot be plugged in. One of the keys on the safe (#7) does not work. The curtains do not close at the closest point to the pillows, so inevitably the guests are woken as soon as the sun rises. The whole room is very dingy and far from inviting. 5 star it is not!
