    The hotel overall was nice. The room layout was good
    They offered 24 hour coffee but the coffee wasn't even warm and the coffee station was a complete mess. Even with hours in between making our way downstairs, we noticed the same trash was left there and on a nearby table. It was Christmas so maybe less staff but it was definitely not a good look. There were some missed details in the bathroom, such as pieces of hair in the shower, which was extremely offputting.

    Almost everything.
    My 1 and only complaint is they didn't have breakfast available Christmas morning which is one of the reasons I book somewhere that offers it because I take medication in the mornings and I have to eat with it, i knew nothing would be open. So there I was on a mission at 7am to find something. Had this been stated prior, then I could've planned accordingly. Thought maybe it was a fluke because it was Christmas morning but the next day wasn't much better, grab & go type stuff so I got a banana and a muffin.

    I like how clean it was and everything was close.
    I Didnt like how breakfast ended at 10am but at 9am the lady wouldnt make more.

    The rep (Antino) was confused regarding my (2) room reservations. He challenge \me regarding my reservations after I showed proof of payment for (2) rooms. He canceled my 2nnd room and had someone come into my daughters room. Their was no compensation for the room, even after speaking to the Property Manager. I will send a review of my experience. Will not stay their again.

    It's more like what I did not like. my reservations was canceled before I actually arrived 1 hour before once I got to the hotel. The clerk did not have any information that I had booked with booking.com. Over a. of time, so I had to pay full price as of that day for my stay. Since they canceled it one hour before I arrived
    I don't like the fact that they over Charge me due to the fact that I had reservations set up over a week or two. Having to pay the nightly rate without my early bird booking prices was unfair to me as the consumer. Laquinta need to get that together asap
