    The stay was not horrible we stayed on a busy night for New Years Eve but our phone did not work and we had ants we let
    The view was amazing
    Our hotel had ants and was not happy that we paid almost $400 for one night and still had to pay for parking

    This was a very clean hotel that has a great staff. The breakfast was top notch! Enjoyed it. The bar and staff was great. Love that they served food late

    The elevator system you have is not good. The parking is very tight and dangerous going up and down. Your staff is not friendly, the say their scripts and sound like robots. I was not told ahead of time you would be holding an extra $100 on my card for inessentials. Then I was not informed when booking you would be charging me $29 for the parking! Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

    Location to Nissan Stadium and Downtown Nashville. Everything was within walking distance.
