Place had a lot of damage, flooring was mess,Bathroom had cracks in it . Couch had a hole in it. The walls had hole and paint chipping .
Sink in bathroom had soaking wet towels under it that smelt and new roll of toilet paper was also wet . The front door was terrible did not want to shut was out of plum . Water pressure was terrible in the bathroom where shower is.
If I wasnt at my sons condo all of the time except to sleep. I would have asked to move and go somewhere else . It cost a lot of money for a very non kept up place . Would have expected a place like that for a third of the price .

For the amount paid things just didn't even out
Location it was close to the theme parks and restaurants
Restaurant staff was more worried about her phone than letting us know our food was ready for pick up. Some of the linen in the room was dirty and had to be washed befor use. Gym was way too small for the equipment that was cramped in the building. Needs maintenance

Needs new furniture. Our living room table was broken and my son could not sleep on the sofa bed. It was weak and uncomfortable. The paper towel rack broke after a few uses.
