Perfect 1 night stay and a good nights sleep.

Great air conditioning- lovely sheets and thick towels - very good and helpful front desk staff and doorman. The bell hop was a gem!

Breakfast staff seems in a big rush to shut down and take dishes so quickly forks and knives went flying.

Great service and location

We booked the junior suite with an extra-large bed for us and our eight years old son. We all enjoyed the space and organization of the room, with great views to the Ro de la Plata. Its location is superb, one block away from Galeras Pacfico and the Florida walk. We will come back again for sure.

The gym and pool were being repaired so we couldn't enjoy all the services. The restaurant for breakfast was too small for the number of guests, it was difficult to get a table.

The service , was poor and lousy in reception was difficult to find people in the bar you had to wait very long to get service over 30 minuts
