    Close to the things we were there for, nice staff, shower had great water pressure and was overall clean.
    Guests on the same floor played incredibly loud music from 9PM to 3AM. And nothing was done about it.

    Restful stay for the holiday.
    Spacious room and very nice bedding. The front desk associate was great at check-in.
    Furniture could be update. It was a bit worn. This is a shame for such a historic building.

    Beautiful historic hotel with nice amenities
    The lobby is beautiful. There is a restaurant, cafe and bar conveniently located inside the hotel. We did not eat at the restaurant but food in the cafe was very good. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar which was very pleasant and the bartenders were nice. They accommodate dogs and there is a dog park 1-1/2 blocks up the street.
    We had a problem with the HVAC system in our room but they quickly attended to it once alerted to the problem.

    Great location if you are going to a concert/event at the CFG Bank arena.
    We booked this Hotel because of the proximity to the concert venue. Stones throw away perfect!

    Overall my stay was nice and the people who work there were very nice also.
    The food was very good!
    Rooms are very out dated and need brightened up, way too dark.
