    I enjoyed my short stay.
    There was a friendly atmosphere. The staff were very well trained . The building is well maintained and decorated very tastefully.
    Maybe a bit more variety in the meals served in the lounge. The heating in my bedroom was cooler than in my bathroom.

    Great - would stay again.
    The location and setting were great and the staff too.
    The room was cold but gradually warmed up.

    A good choice if visiting the area. We would definitely stay again.
    Room was small but had a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom/wet room to compensate. It was very quiet and even though there were functions on both nights of our stay we were not disturbed by them. The room was very clean with a good choice of complimentary drinks.
    Due to a function one evening and Christmas party the next we were unable to use the restaurant, which was disappointing. However, there was an excellent pub called the Golden Fleece across the road, which was so welcoming and the food was decent too. Breakfast is basic but well cooked.

    Good hotel but tired in places Excellent breakfast made up for a tired room in need of decoration.
    Bed was comfortable and the breakfast very good.
    Very hard to find, not knowing the area drove past it 4 times and the had to stop and phone hotel for exact location. Room ok but needs an upgrade.

    Brilliant. Highly recommended.
    Loved this place. Very comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean and warm on what was a very cold night. Breakfast was excellent. James was a brilliant host. 5 stars all round. Highly recommended.

    This is a gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great bar & a breakfast that was superb. We'll definitely be staying here again.

    Lovely place to stay!!
    The booking was for my husbands sister, so I can only give you the rating and information she gave to us. She slept well so the bed must of been comfortable. She also enjoyed her breakfast each morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
    I dont know of anything.
