    I have stayed here twice now and the service was much poorer this time.
    Room was clean and comfortable. Parking whilst away on the cruise is a great benefit
    The staff in the restaurant, where you book in and have your meals, where unhelpful. No meal times notification so you know when the kitchen closes. Went to the bar at the same time as another guest to order lunch, I was refused as the member of staff said the kitchen was closed, but the other guest had their food order taken.

    The bathroom was a bit stained and dirty. And it is not easily accessible by public transport
