    Served a purpose but wont be rushing back.
    Good location for visiting family and friends over Christmas with friendly staff.
    The hotel is quite tired and rooms in need of renovating. The main reception and bar area gives good first impression but after that hallways and rooms are very dated and our room was basic, lacking in any character. Bar was very over priced with a misleading offer on wine, ended up spending 29 on two large glasses which is more than a London price!

    Warm welcome. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities were lovely. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay enjoyable.
    Heating in our room was being switched off remotely several times. I had to ring for it to come on. People shouldn't be allowed around the pool with their shoes on. I would have given a 9 ratings if heating wasn't switched off.
