    Run out of English breakfast tea . Milk machine run out of milk . Breakfast very small portions.

    Too quiet in bar area and not even a tv on so you could watch the new year. Could of had a singer or something playing in bar area.

    Lovely clean room, lovely food (besides the breakfast), provided everything we needed.
    The room was very good, lovely four poster bed, very clean. Had complimentary bath robes which was cool. Excellent bathroom and shower, powerful. Staff refunded an issue we had with the breakfast which was decent of them to acknowledge and do something about.
    The breakfast to the room did not arrive on time and we had to chase. When it finally arrived 40 minutes late it was practically cold. The issue was addressed by the staff in a positive way, full refund, which I was impressed with.

    Beautiful settings, lovely facilities and a relaxing break
    The staff were incredibly friendly but not entirely what to expect when coming to the Solent. Not clearing glasses away, not clearing plates in the bar, getting orders wrong. Simple things but can be detrimental to your stay
