Excellent, Hotel, location, staff and quality.

Location was excellent - opposite the Palace entrance and a short walk to the IVY and other shops. Great place to begin the "Royal" pub crawl, excluding The Price Harry of course, as he's not Royal.....or Loyal !! Staff were also super friendly and helpful

Car parking was 39 per day - extortionate but given there is no parking there is little choice, other than to bus or train in from London or elsewhere.

Pillows and bed too soft but this is subjective. King size bed wasnt a king size

Concierge Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Hes a credit to the hotel. Id definitely stay again. We came to visit the castle which was just over the road so location excellent. We dropped our bags off prior to check in time so we didnt have to take them around Windsor Castle. Room not noisy even with planes overhead. My favourite Elemis toiletries in room, lovely fluffy and clean white towels. Huge walk in shower.

Good selection on the breakfast buffet. It wasnt made very clear that a breakfast could be ordered from a menu. I had eggs royale for an extra 5 but I think my husband and friends would have preferred a freshly cooked English breakfast rather than the eggs and bacon from the buffet, which had been sitting for a while.
