    One toilet roll and only 2 small towels in the bathroom. This hotel has all the signs of cutbacks. For breakfast everyone is shoved into one small area. Staff member at checkout didn't even ask about our stay. I will not be using this hotel again Tv quite old and remote ancient and not responsive Wardrobe door hitting off the ceiling

    Didnt like the breakfast tasted cheap compared to beefeater and brewers fayre Cleaning staff unhelpful and stair well had litter in it that hadnt been cleaned up throughout our entire duration , quite off putting when just arrived

    Great stay.
    Had a great stay New Year's Eve. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We didn't pay for breakfast as 15 each seemed a lot of money and the leisure facilities were closed but its a good base for London and you can see all the fireworks from the top carpark.
    Lower carpark is really tight to navigate around. No leisure facilities were open.

    We both liked the room, facilties in the room and staff were friendly and helpful.
    We were quite disappointed with breakfast, the standard was below a 4 star well known hotel such as Copethorne Hotel. When my fianc asked for an alternative, they just re cooked the fried eggs and brought him the same.
