    Lost it's charm, food is NO BUENO and I will NOT be back.
    I liked the beach and the gardens of the property. The pools looked nice but with no breeze nor fans the pool areas seemed a bit muggy.
    THE FOOD! It was terrible! And they made you pay $120 per person extra for Xmas dinner which was extra awful!! Also, they insist on you paying BIG tips on all meals that are supposed to be included!

    Beautiful location with staff the needed more management training.
    The location was gorgeous. The cabanas on the beach with the hammocks were out of a dream.
    We had friends that were vacationing at a hotel next door. They were very strict on how we spent time with our friends.

    Beautiful location and views. Very friendly and courteous staff.
    The beach area of the hotel was really small, and it smelled really bad, like a fart OUTSIDE when we were close to the water.

    I liked everything: the staff was super attentive, food was great, the pools were super and access to the beach the best! The rooms wwre good, the AC also, I wished they would have cleaned the sheets more often. It's every other day but sometimes the sheets could have used a wash.
    It would have been nice to have non alcoholic drinks for free. Can't say anything else

    I almost dont want to give a good review in order to keep this place secret for myself.
    The location is perfect to explore all of Playa without being too busy or hectic. Within the grounds of the hotel it felt peaceful and quiet, walking around the well kept foliage and gardens that separated the rooms and facilities made you feel like you were in a jungle.
    Everything was amazing.

    The resort is really a paradise, everything is looked after in detail and the staff is incredibly kind and food is of very high quality everyone does his best to make you enjoy your stay as much as possible. We have been served by the waiter Manuel a few times, he is just great and super professional. We keep a lovely memory of him and of the resort.
    I think that the property could make the definitive step forward if they introduced more entertainment activity for the afternoon and evening; something to involve the hosts and make them to spend the night there. Actually, there is a program of activities but its rather slim and little involving, in my opinion.

    You feel like in an oasis, the garden is absolutely fantastic with its 3 very nice pools. Very safe, they have many securities all around the hotel. Food is good.
    My friend forgot his apple watch in the shower of the hotel. After check-out, as soon as we noticed it, we were able to locate the watch still in the room. When we contacted the hotel, they said nothing was found so that we unfortunately have to assume that it was stolen by its own personnel. This is an absolute NO-GO. Also when I contacted the hotel about this on Booking, after 4 messages I am still waiting for an answer. This matter was handled very poorly by the hotel and they seems to cover its staff although theft happened clearly to my friend. Be sure you always put valuables in your safe. Bathroom: unfortunately there was barely any water coming out of the shower, and very hard to find the right temperature.

    Very relaxing and beautiful space, would love to visit again.
    Loved the grounds, very jungle-y and beautiful and relaxing. It wasnt too large so it was easy to get around, theres a lot of beautiful nature sounds with all the birds and creatures. Sounds like youre sleeping to a sound machine. We enjoyed our terrace with the hammocks, he beach was beautiful. The food was good at the restaurants, the drinks were also delicious. Loved the location, its on a beautiful street with lots of trees and restaurants and bars. Theres also an Oxxo across the street so thats convenient.
    There was a sewer smell by the beach and the side of the resort that i eventually went noseblind to but it wouldnt deter me from enjoying the views.
