One minor complaint was the use of the term 'fries' instead of chips, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed this issue.

    Got stranded in Truro after train cancellations and got pretty lucky that a room in this hotel was available. It was eas
    Right in the middle of Truro, surrounded by all of the shops you need. Good sized rooms and bathrooms.
    The floors are a bit uneven in the corridors and it took a little to get used to. Also, the breakfast buffet was very small.

    Well appointed hotel in a great location. More could be done to improve level of service for price.
    The room and facilities were very good. Warm and very comfortable.
    The breakfast was ok, but I thought over priced for what was included and cooked breakfast choice was limited and only available at a significantly higher price. Staff not overly friendly, but did their job. For example, on check in my room was on the top floor and there was no lift. I had quite a few bags, not even an offer to help with luggage. I did not eat in the restaurant because it was very pricey compared to what was easily available in the town.

    Brilliant for that spontaneous break in a lovely city
    Position and access was excellent, right where we wanted to be. Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Will be back again - perfect for an easy city break.
    Honestly struggling for a negative - OK the fridge was incredibly noisy!

    Centrally located right in the middle of Truro. Great choice on the continental breakfast and the room was spotlessly clean and larger than average with a beautifully designed walk in shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.
    No lift! We were on the 3rd floor so quite a walk up but appreciate this is outside of the hotels control.

    We loved Mannings so much! Its position in the middle of Truro, the comfy spacious room, the fabulous food and the exceptional service from every member of staff. Thank you soooo much!
