    The Marriott Jacksonville Downtown offers a good stay with excellent views of downtown Jacksonville. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is clean. However, there was an issue with the bellman lea (Read More)ving luggage unattended. The staff, particularly Katie T. at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service and made a positive impact on guests. The location is convenient with walking distance to downtown attractions. The valet service is efficient and the bar is a great gathering place. Noise levels are generally low, but the rooms can be warm.

    The location was perfect. Didn't feel overcrowded. It was clean and spacious. Has a nice bar. Employees made great recommendations on local restaurants and food.
    The beds were small...wish the double rooms had queen or king beds....there is definitely enough room for them.

    Property is very pretty. Staff not super helpful. Elevator has a key card entry had no idea had to ask a couple of staff members. To get an answer on how to use. Restaurant staff not super friendly.

    It was near the Maroon 5 event.
    I had a bad experience at the hotel. There was a live gecko in my room and the shower was not hot enough. I sent a message to the hotel via bookings.com and I went to the reception to complain about the wifi charge since I am a Marriot Bonvoy member. The receptionist told me that they would waive the wifi charge but they did not. They seemed to be in a hurry and did not ask me about my stay. My room was in front of the gym and it was very noisy from the pipes, probably from the room above.

    Valet Parking upon arrival was terrible. Waited in line for over 30 minutes out on the street then once we turned into the property it took another 20 minutes before the car was taken.
