premium stay with large bed rooms and bathrooms

the swimming pool was always warm and clean and full of clear clean water food was average and room service was fast and swift staff were fantastic and always there to help an amazing apartment with large x 3 rooms and bathrooms very comfortable beds lovely grounds excellent spa service excellent reception service excellent manager excellent door men pray room and wudu service lovely views of the horses and the stables

planes going above the hotel especially at night cleaning was good but not excellent food was good but not amazing living room had a very strong smell of cigarette's for a few days there was a bad smell in the air - possible drain cleaning

Beautiful, quiet and serene.

The breakfast is very well presented and I like the idea that the chef include the Gulf and western set so that we can have a taste of each culture through food. The hotel grounds are breathtaking. We appreciate the staff took the time to bring us around. The hotel room is beautiful, very warm and intimate. We are so surprised to see the beautiful towel swans and flower petals on the bed. Not to mentioned, the surprise cake all laid out nicely for us. What a way to start our silver wedding anniversary ! Best of all, the friendly service adds a personal touch to our Dubai Experience. Thank you Melia for making this an unforgettable anniversary for us.

Perfect staycation who need good rest with amazing gardens.

When you book Polo view terrace suit, the view of the room is amazing. Just because we live in Dubai our eyes need anyhting green. Hotel is surrounded with beatiful gardens, lots of places to walk around actual stables. The room, the bed, the shower, huge bathall are great. Great for rest and to escape from hussle of the city..If you like horses, this is your heaven.

Its not in the center of the city, but its due to nature of the hotelOnly two restaurants, and menus are quite limited. Terrace doors should have net for flies.

Pool villa is a great way to relax.

A very relaxing stay with helpful staff. Emman looked after us well throughout our stay. We were upgraded to a pool villa, which is well worth staying in. The room is incredible, and the pool was amazing with great views of the city from afar. Well worth staying at.

The water falling sound in the fountain was very annoying . I called many times during the noght to fet some support in how we can close the fountain but with no luck ! We were in a luxury villa I expected the staff to be a call. Away ! The sound of the fountain water can be heard inside all the rooms . Almost every one couldnt sleep

Nice comfortable the room temp and the swimming pool safety should be look after

The room very hot and the swimming pool flooring and wall not safe very sharp rocks which should not be we had couple of scratches from the inner wall
