    Comfortable rooms / nice food however needs some TLC
    From the moment I arrived to when I left every member of staff who I encountered were so friendly and helpful. I arrived early (around 12:30) and was told that my room was ready and I could check in early ! I was also able to use the swim / spa facilities as much as I liked throughout my stay which as a lovely touch.
    I would say its starting to look rather dated / tired in some areas. The pool area was unfortunately quite dirty is some areas. Mud / sand in the jacuzzi , debris in the pool , doors or the steam room wouldnt close. The bedrooms although clean just seemed that they need a bit of an upgrade. Some of the wood was chipped and bathroom area unkempt.

    Friendly and very accommodating.
    I was greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was to made to feel welcome. A very pleasant stay! Will defininately return again soon.
    The facilities were great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

    Comfortable room
    Spa wasnt very clean, especially the jacuzzi, which had a lot of gravel in the bottom. Couldnt turn heating on and heated radiator didnt work in bathroom (146)

    Kept waking up during the night because of a extractor going off every 20 minutes on the roof outside the window of the room.

    Hotel needs a refurb, nice restaurant
    Location was good, nice restaurant. Polite and helpful staff.
    Room was tired with numerous faults, Beds very uncomfortable, mattresses need replacing, shower was constantly dripping all night.
