    Lovely hotel a couple of minutes from quayside
    Clean, staff were helpful and friendly especially Jason, location good, nice breakfast, room was comfy, free hot drinks all day
    Having to pay for parking. Everything else was great.

    - room very spacious and comfy sofa, comfy bed and duvet, pillows - very good light blocking curtains - nice kitchen area in the room, quality furniture - big nice tv, good hairdryer - soft carpet, nice hard floors - breakfast ok - great location
    - the windows cannot be opened, air in the room feels stuffy most of the time even with air conditioning on the dry setting. Wish there was a way they can bring fresh air into the rooms - bathroom wasn't as clean as you would expect for a 4 stars (i found very long black hairs in bathroom corners and the shower head was leaking and making sounds - wish there were more hanging hooks around the room and bathroom to be able to hang damp towels/clothes (or they could include a drying rack in the room) - some staff members really nice others giving strange looks
