The rooms were clean and in a convenient location near central station. My room was lovely. The bed was clean & very comfortable which is a must have with me. The bathroom was modern & clean with plenty of toiletries.
The food was excellent. I had a meal in the restaurant and breakfast was beautiful. Nice and hot. The staff were so attentive & helpful.
The location is within walking distance of the train station. Just a five minute walk.
It is also within walking distance to the Theatre Royal, shops, bars & restaurants. I would definitely return here when visiting Newcastle.

The hotel is modern and in a great location.
The heating didnt work in our room unfortunately. We reported it, were given a portable heater but that didnt work very well either. Spent the evening absolutely freezing cold.
