    The first and last stay at a Hilton, to say we are disappointed is an understatement
    Breakfast was nice
    The room was very unclean with many hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet and a large cracked tile overflowing with Polyfilla, on the wall at the bath, cracked sink unit, dusty skirting boards, chipped and marked mirror. Replacement room appeared ok to begin with but then noticed marks on wall with fluid, ceiling area appalling, shower unit cracked, dirty and more Polyfilla.

    A gorgeous hotel- cant wait to return
    Gorgeous hotel. Fabulous lobby/ view. Loved the bar and restaurant. Staff were exceptionally pleasant. Great view from the bedroom.
    Shower was good but perhaps needed a little updating to be more powerful. Wouldve appreciated more tea and biscuits to be provided. Aside from that, the room was spot on!

    Great place to stay for a family short break.
    Great location. In the city but far enough away to be quiet. The views very fab!
    Car parking was a bit expensive.

    The location was very well placed. Reception lounge nice & modern.
    Our room was OK but needed refurbishment especially the bathroom which still had shower curtain. The bed very uncomfortable so once we got a topper it improved but still needed to be better. I had booked a queen size bed but the one given seemed to be standard size!!
