Excellent location and amenities.
A good size room with a kitchenette containing fridge with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, 2 stove top rings , toaster ,tea and coffee and all necessary crockery and utensils. A very comfortable bed and wide screen TV. Delicious free croissants for breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had wall to ceiling windows with a view of the Tyne. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of the train station , the city centre shops/bars and the river Tyne. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff.
Instead of an armchair and footstool we would have preferred a small table and chairs to eat at.

I absolutely loved staying here only a couple of minor issues got in the way of this being the best place to stay in New
The room was beautiful.
Location was great.
Parking option wasnt great.
Complimentary breakfast was poor.
Banging noises through the night.
Strange smelly drain smell through the night into the morning.

Excellent comfortable stay with a first rate member of staff!!!!
Our stay was excellent, while we didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast due to a couple of late nights, over all our stay was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the white company toiletries were lovely. I also have to say the lady I mainly spoke to on the desk was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, funny and kind...... We would return just for the pleasure of having her as our point of contact. Bed was comfortable, and the twin shower was amazing. You could quite comfortably live in the apartment for several weeks comfortably. The centre was only a ten minute walk away even with my partner in heels...... The nearest carpark was about a 5 minute brisk walk for my long legs....... All I'll say is if you have a large car like mine you may wish to find another but my partner's little hatch back was fine. Plus rooms provide you with a discount on the parking, cost me 22 for two days which I thought was very reasonable for a city. We will be staying here going forward for all our trips to Newcastle but may try one of the penthouse apartments as a upgrade over the superior apartment as a treat. Thank you very much.

Comfortable, great location - just needs some tweaks
Great location for getting around. Nice sized room with good facilities inside: microwave, toaster, fridge, hob and dishwasher.
Noisy between floors (perhaps I just had noisy people above me), lack of proper cleaning utensils for cutlery/crockery etc.
