    Great hotel, very accommodating bar staff, comfy beds and spacious rooms
    Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and great location for town. Nice gym also.
    Door was closed of an evening and we were left outside for a few moments. There was no bell or way to contact and no staff at front desk but after some banging we managed to get in touch.

    The location was great The breakfast was excellent The ambience super
    The attitude of some staff was most cheeky and condescending. It was most appalling. Although i will say It was a bitter sweet experience. Though I had very bad experiences with 2 of the serving staff, I also had a very comforting and reassuring response from both duty managers that I reported the incidents to at the time. So I cannot say that all the staff were bad.

    We would happily stay here again, everything was spot on. Location close to shops, restaurants, pubs. 10-15 minute walk
    Everything about the hotel, its location, the staff, decor.( especially the decorations,and Christmas music that played.
    There was nothing we didnt like.
