Really big apartment and spotlessly clean. The fact that there were manuals for the oven etc were a huge help!
No ventilation in the bathroom and no dining table.

Staff were excellent
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I needed to change room as the bed was against the wall. Peter on reception found me an alternate room and kept checking that I was happy with it. The restaurant staff serving breakfast were also attentive and saw to our every need. Will definitely stay here again.
A small room double room also means a small double bed. This could be made clearer

Almost everything was perfect for us. The only problem was the bed which was very soft.
The bed was too soft and the neighbouring room was loud (couple arguing all night). Do not blame the hotel for that though.

Small and poor room layout. Wardrobe needed emptying to use it. No coat hooks.
