    Nice and relaxing
    We loved the hotel, it was lovely and chilled with huge rooms, we opted for the privilege and it exceeded our expectations, it had a little walk out area/balcony which was nice. We had complimentary coffee/tea and drinks in the fridge. The hotel provided robes which was nice also. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food to choose from. We ordered food from the bar in he evening which was also really nice.
    We had our van broken into in the car park while we was in the hotel which is really sad but not the fault of the hotel and the receptionist was lovely, this was reported to the police and she let us park at the hotel doors upon finding the damage. There was a slight smell in the room, maybe a drainage issue that came and went throughout our stay but it wasnt enough to complain about just something that we both noticed. Staff seemed busy while we was there and had to wait for drinks at the bar as no one was there, again the lovely receptionist came to serve us upon seeing us waiting.

    A very average room, but beautiful entrance and reception
    The grounds of the hotel was perfect and very pretty, the entrance was lovely and food was great!
    The rooms were very run down, our toilet didnt really flush and then the sound of dripping water for 15 minutes after. We also had a huge rip in the carpet

    Fawlty towers!
    The convenience and on previous stays always loved the hotel
    This time due to mix up with rooms and one room being given to another guest we ended up with a terrible room. Then blamed the mistake on us! The room was in desperate need of renovating with the most uncomfortable bed and dirty brown water spitting out of the tap as if it hadnt been used in along time! There was a fight going on when we got back to hotel after checking in earlier with the police there dragging someone out! The worst part for me was being blamed for mix up of rooms saying we hadnt checked in although we had done hours before and our cases were in one of our rooms! But they accused us of not checking In thats why our second room was no longer available, someone else had been given it, not what you need at midnight on Christmas Day or from a hotel like this!

    Location and large room size. Very convenient based on the locality to where I was visiting.
    Small radiator only, was insufficient to warm up the entire room, especially as one of the beds was positioned against the radiator itself. The heat could not reach the middle and far side of the room and there was no option to add extra duvets to get around this issue (nothing in the wardrobe).

    Not as good as usual. Trivial shortcomings but add up to a little disappointment. No toaster at breakfast on first morning, no fresh fruit at breakfast. No body lotion in room.

    Its an excellent hotel will be staying again
    Room was very good very spacious. Bathroom was big had good facilities bath and shower and a big mirror. Free access to the spa facilities which was very enjoyable. Theres a pool, sauna, jacuzzi all excellent.
    The steam room however wasnt open when we went however cant complain as you do get free use of all facilities. There was an event on at the hotel when we stayed which we didnt know about. We wish we knew so we could attend.
