This twin/double room features a pool with a view. The spacious twin/double room features air conditioning, a minibar, a terrace with pool views as well as a private bathroom boasting a bath.
Staff is untrained ! Ordered a transport from resort to the airport the evening before and in the morning nothing was organised and anyone didn't know who or what or where. Restaurant beer was flat and warm - still had to pay for it !
Food is very average. I would give maximum 3 stars not 5 !

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, close to many places within and outside Nusa dua i.e. great location
Staff was always ready to help
Swimming pools were clean and tidy, rooms were nice, and breakfast was great and different every day! We loved our stay at Merusaka!

The place is gorgerous. Only spent 1 night...and didnt really spend a lot of time in the hotel. But the bed was comfy.
Only because the room AC was broken and hot water as well and it tool forever for the staff to change our room. I would say...a bit uncomfortable with how slow the process is, for a hotel level such Merusaka.

Cleanliness, facilities and staff behaviour was exceptional.
Nice location and clean beach.
We booked rooms which include breakfast but still hotel asked to pay for kids breakfast every day.
This was the first time from any hotel. Till now, no other hotel asked me to pay everyday for kids breakfast if my booking already included the breakfast. So be careful on this. Rest all was good.
