    I really enjoyed stay here. The receptionist is a really kind person, they can help you with everything. Close to everything you need. Room is very clean, WiFi is great, hot water is in the shower, AC working great

    The location is pretty central and not far from shops
    It could definitely do with a proper clean. The floor was dirty, linen had stains.

    The location is great less than 5 minutes from the beach. It's very quiet in there. I couldn't hear any traffic at all. The mattress was very comfy and had great sleep. The personal is very friendly as usual with Sri Lankans. Good WiFi from my room. Spent 3 days here.
    There was a smell of damp as per other guest's comments however, While its persistent, it was not overwhelming and I got used to it after few minutes in the room. Small little confusion with the price to charge. Toilet basin and mirrors could have been cleaned too. A bit pricey for what I have encountered during the following days.

    room was very comfortable and clean. bed was extremely comfortable and even though near the road, very quiet
    AC was turned off in the morning and not turned back on until past 5pm. we were told there was a power cut when there clearly wasnt. AC was switchable in the main area and all rooms were just turned off for whatever reason. no scheduled power cuts, all other power worked. this just felt like a money saving exercise. we booked a room with AC for a reason, not to only use it after 5pm. first hotel weve paid on check in (in the last 15 properties) which seems clear as to the reason why.
