    The atmosphere and staff are amazing. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with breathtaking views all around.
    The beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. They definitely need replacing as they are collapsing. Bathrooms are in need of serious renovations.

    Many , Many people everywhere , too much people in the restaurant , too much people on the beach , too much Russian people , the women on the reception was very unfriendly . The hotel has to be renovated ! The price is not okay !!!

    Pleasant hotel for a beach holiday, however pretty old and not nice if you want to visit Dubai.
    Staff was really helpful and nice, food and the proximity to the beach. Beach was super nice as well with still and clean water. Its really clean in the rooms. Taxi is available on the reception.
    Quite old building - you can really feel it. Nothing really nearby (take into account when deciding if you want to eat in the hotel or outside). There are no restaurants in the proximity of the hotel. Also its quite hard and expensive to get to Dubai. A lot of traffic jams. For instance, it took us 2 hours to get back from the Aquapark (Atlantis Aquaventure) On Thursday at 19:00. On average you would spent from 50-150 AED to get to Dubai Not a pleasant smell on the 5th floor and in the room, more like a mold smell. Food on breakfast/lunch/dinner is tasty but lacking the diversity from day to day its the same food but with different sauces. Deserts are pretty nice and versatile though.
