I have already sent a review to host. But I contacted them as soon as I got there. The curtain in living room had been torn off the wall and was in closet. So, you couldn't sit on couch without sitting in sun and couldn't see the tv for the glare. Also, the carpet was quite dirty. There was stuff on kitchen tile I cleaned up with paper towel, so it wasn't never mopped. All the vents were so dirty. And they offered to move us but one we didn't know if it would be better or worse. And we only had 5 days we didn't want to pack everything back up then unpack every. The pictures on website looked allot nicer than what we got. So, a little misleading. It showed a table on deck. So, we had Planned to have dinner out there. But of course, ours had no table. Oh, and the first shower I had to use plunger on tub in front bathroom to get it to drain. At that point I texted the management company and told then I felt I should get a partial refund. Of course, I have heard nothing from them. I paid a $200 cleaning fee, and someone is being grossly overpaid for what they do. Then lastly, I dropped something, and it went under bed. Let's just say it's been a long time since it was clean under. I know I sound like a clean freak but I'm not. Under my bed may look the same. But when it is someone else dirt it is kind of gross. I didn't want or expect them to clean carpet while I was there. But as bad as it was, I am shocked they rent it that way. I sent them pictures of all of it because they requested it. But that is really not my job when I am on vacation. I would have much rather spent my time take pictures of the gulf.
