The room was advertised as having fans, well they are hanging on the ceiling but two of the three weren't working. Sent an email, this was their reply: Allow me to take you through some troubleshooting steps; "Check the circuit breaker to confirm the power is on. If the circuit breaker tripped, reset the breaker. If there are any blown fuses, replace the damaged fuses.
Turn the power off the circuit breaker. Loosen the canopy, check all the wire connections are correctly assembled and secured with wire nuts. If you have the electrical know-how, check the wall switch for power." Did I mention the fans are on a 10' ceiling...and how in the heck am I supposed to know where the breaker box is, and I'm not an electrician and vacasa probably should not suggest that we check the wiring. THEN, the hot tub was stuck at 105 which according to the notes around it, it should not be used at that temperature and it really is way to hot but we couldn't get it to turn down, so I messaged vacasa AGAIN, and this was their response: " The hot tub issue had been raised with our staff. However, this HAD been scheduled to be fixed on Friday, when our local staff will be available. Kindly be patient." Okay, no wait, we are leaving the day it was already scheduled to be fixed. So they knew it wasn't working yet rented us a room anyway. So we were not EVER able to use the hot tub. In their defense they did refund part of my money but I will NEVER, EVER rent from Vacasa Rentals again and I would highly suggest you don't either, they are awful.
