    would recommend finding another another property. This one operates as a two star motel and is not clean.

    Rooms were dirty, I believe I got bed bugs from the room and there were stains on the sheets. I had bites all over my arms and legs when I checked out and this was the first property on my trip. Staff was not helpful - one whose name was Ibrahim told us they dont know the number for any taxi or tuktuks for transportation and that we had to call our own. I have never seen that from a hotel before.

    Outdated rooms however good location
    We stayed 5 nights at Pakasi hotel in December 2023. The room was spacious with a nice big balcony and ocean view. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and resolved our issues. Location of the hotel was good, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.
    Our room was not very clean and smelly. We even requested a room change because the first room given to us did not smell fresh. The second room was much better, but still not 100% clean. The rooms are also a little bit outdated and could use some renovations. The mattress was very hard but other than that the room was okay.

    Overall, my stay was fine, but if I could do it over I wouldn't have stayed here.
    The resort is well located just off the main strip. Very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also got to see monkeys in the trees by the pool!
    The building is dated in terms of decor, but also could use a good cleaning -- the pool area was stained and aged, and the lounge cushions as well. There are also no elevators and quite a bit of walking around to get to your room. We requested to switch rooms upon arrival because the room assigned to us was musty. I also requested a room with two beds, which was confirmed by staff before my arrival, but was assigned a single bed and the staff claimed that I never reserved the two beds (which I did not appreciate). The bar offers happy hour drinks, but the drinks are bad. The worst part of my stay was that there was a constant ringing/buzzing noise during the daytime that was extremely loud and distracting and could be heard all over the resort (from inside the rooms, from the pool, etc). I have no idea what this noise was, but I had to wear earplugs when I was poolside because it was just so loud and distressing.

    Rude staff - One staffed named Ibrahim said it was not his job to help us call taxis or transports to the hotel. The day before they had called a taxi for us upon their insistence then next day saying they dont know the number Rooms were not very clean, stains on sheets Very expensive for a property more suited for two, three stars

    Room was too far away from the reception. Breakfast is very bad for the price you pay. I think it may be one of the best in Krabi downtown but it does not worth price wise

    Pleasant for a short stay
    It has lovely spacious rooms.
    It would be good if they provided toiletries, perhaps a mosquito coil or a netting around the bed to help with a peaceful sleep. The room key is rather large and bulky to carry around.

    Hotel with beautifull garden, close to the beach, market place and restaurants.
    Beautifull environment, close to the beach. Wide variety for breakfast, the breakfast place is close to fountain and small waterfall. Nice swimmingpool.
    The air in the room was not fresh when we entered first time.

    Lovely location, great breakfast, welcoming staff, room maintenance could be improved.
    Lovely location and beautiful outside environment. Really near the town and all the things we wanted to do, but the actual property is a lush green little haven. The pool and site were immaculately kept. Lots of nature around. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
    The room, for the price, wasnt amazing. It also wasnt that clean - a squashed mosquito in shower and spilt makeup from previous occupants were still there when we left a week later. Sheets werent changed all week, despite having aftersun and insect repellent stains. Towels only changed after 4 days when we left them on a heap by the door, the rest of the time they werent even folded or tidied. Only little things but for 160 a night you expect a bit of luxury! Especially given the hours they spend sweeping leaves and making the outside look beautiful.

    We loved it.
    The location was beautiful, we liked that our room was a bit seperated and had its own terrace. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good variety, with a view of a fountain and garden. Everything we needed shop, laundry, beach, restaurants was very near. We highly recommend this place to anyone.
    When we entered the room there was a slightly uncomfortable smell.

    Good location, harder pillows would be appreciated.
    Location was great, breakfast was good too
    Pillows were too soft. The breakfast room facilities could be improved (my husband hurt his foot due to the even floor)
