Post Christmas break
The location near the shops and the sea was really good and the free covered car park was a bonus. The hotel was decorated for Christmas very well and the room and breakfast were very nice.
It was very windy and rained heavy outside at night and the room did have a draught from the window, so the room was a little cold.

Nice comfortable bed in a spacious room, attended by friendly staff.
The room was very clean and spacious, on an evening we were able to purchase a drink and take it to the room if we didn't want to stay in the hotel lounge area.
Always stay at the Palm Court Hotel when we visit Scarborough due to the hotel having its own parking and location to town just being across the road.
One of the mornings we had a delay getting our breakfast, other than that they made us feel very welcome.

It was a good stay but the staff could do with some training in charm and politeness.
The room was very good with a super kingsize bed and sitting area. The ensuite bath and shower w=room was big enough to have put another bed in!
The dining staff didn't smile and were a bit robotic with their responses: "No probs", "Enjoy, " etc.

Very close to the beach and reasonable distance from the shops and train station
Reviews raved about the breakfast, but my first cooked breakfast was overdone, and on my second day the Full Yorkshire Grill didnt have the black pudding or hash brown on it, although the website menu says it does? Good selection of juices, fresh fruit and cereals though
