Location is wonderful for using public transportation. Good access to metro, tram and train.
The bed is firm. Housekeeping was provided daily
Breakfast is quite good. Making a reservation seemed a bit odd at first. Given the limited space, it is understandable.
One of the staff was very helpful in translating a relocation notice for the 15E tram.
The room was a bit cozy. It was also somewhat noisy since it faces the square. . The bathroom was small and there was inadequate room for toiletries.

Location unbeatable and friendly staff. Also, there is a vending machine!
Housekeeping didnt change the towels throughout my stay. The endless stairs but that's not the hotel's fault
