Very good

More of an apartment than a hotel, good location but not city center

Nice location within walking distance of a lot. But its not in the city center just on the outskirts of it and 10 minute walk. It was fine for us, but if you want to be IN city center, there are better choices. The room is clean and comfortable.

I was surprised its categorized as 4-star hotel because there are almost no amenities. No restaurant on-site, no housekeeping included, the lobby is sparse and simple. Its more of an apartment not really a hotel. Tho there is a receptionist available 24 hours. Also - unfortunately there is currently construction happening right in front of the hotel and you definitely hear it! Good to be aware and know what youre getting in to.

Nice & comfortable 2BR apartment near the Royal Palace of Madrid. On site parking was convenient.

The location was great and the apartment comfortable.

The location was great. The staff at reception was helpful and friendly, especially two of the ladies. I liked having access to the washer and drier on the same floor.

Lack of convenient plugs. I had to unplug the nightlight to plug my cell phone next to my bed. For the price, I think the room should be cleaned more than once a week. When they cleaned, they did not do a great job, there was dust under the bed, I was not left a second toilet paper, I run out and had to ask the office, then I bought my own. I also had to buy soap for the shower and for the washbasin. These are small things that should be taken care of automatically! The microwave oven has impossible to figure out, even with a staff member. It would be good to have available a short written guide on how to use it. The coffee maker did not work well. The drain cover in the shower was loose. The light in the vanity area was too dim.
